Luray

Situated in the Shenandoah Valley, this is a spot worth seeing and experiencing.  Second visit here, but was equally enchanting.  Huge sprawling underground caves with hundreds of stalactites, stalagmites, columns, pools and other formations that are simply breathtaking.  So beautifully preserved and showcased.  Thoroughly enjoyable.  Took hundreds and hundreds of years to form.  Puts time and space into perspective for a few seconds.
