Is it just me? The book club I'm part of at Cap One chose this book for this quarter. We're at the end of the quarter, in fact, there's 2 weeks to go before the club meets again and I am eons away from finishing the read. Thing is, I'm not able to get through this stuff. The author is completely failing to get me engrossed. His style of writing is very tiresome. I need to find a strategy to get past the initial inertia I am experiencing to see if the book has any promise at all. Finding it extremely difficult. Maybe I'm just not in the mood overall. Or maybe the book is crappier than some of the reviews suggest. Maybe I just need a better book. Recommendations anyone?
